Custom Plugin Development Needed

I do not want to go in to too much detail on the forums, however what I am looking for is someone with experience creating custom plugins to connect to servers to enable, disable accounts (ie. cpanel). This development is for a server control panel not currently integrated into CE.

The right candidate must have experience with CE Plugin Development and Shell Scripting.
