End User Support?

Hello,

I would like to know whether NewEdge will provide end user support to our clients regarding issues of ClientExec or will we have to provide support ourself?

From what I see WHMCS does provide support for reseller's clients, which is why I am curious to know whether ClientExec is following suit.

Sorry, you would need to open support tickets on your clients behalf. Otherwise your clients need to purchase support only plan with us which will allow them to get direct support from us.
