add new user

hello,
i m trying to add a new user to clientexec when receive this
A user with that E-mail already exists, please try again
i m sure there is no user with this email but the user who i try to add has used this email to send message to support where tickets have been created for him as guest, now how could i use this email for the new user

create him with a dummy email address. Then find his support ticket and "assign to existing user".

Then modify the client email address to use the correct one.
