Different Staff Levels?

Is it possible to set different staffing levels with different abilities and security features?

That feature is scheduled for version 1.4, but do remember this is tentative, so it might be sooner, or a little later.

It is a nice feature though. It would be nice to create users to only be able to handle support tickets, or certain aspects.
