I am interested in purchasing ClientExec and have a few questions;

1) Do you have an ETA on the release?

2) Does this product include the customer order form and a customer area where clients can view invoices and submit helpdesk tickets?

3) Will it support PaySystems and WorldPay - FuturePay?

4) Any chance of getting an online demo?

Thanks for the interest.

ETA is a bit up in the air right now, though we are very close to beta. I'm a bit reluctant to give a date, because we have taken the stance that if we need to push back the release for much needed changes or functionality then we will do that.

1) Do you have an ETA on the release?


I don't see many changes to our current plan so it is very close. I'll know a lot more after the alpha tester's feedback of our next release. That being said, we are talking weeks here not months though.

2) Does this product include the customer order form and a customer area where clients can view invoices and submit helpdesk tickets?


Yes to all three. Hence the delay, since we never planned on a helpdesk for release 1.

3) Will it support PaySystems and WorldPay - FuturePay?


It will support PaySystems (TPP-PRO), PayPal, 2Checkout, WorldPay ( Not sure about FuturePay) and maybe some last minute additions.

4) Any chance of getting an online demo?


Hopefully very very soon. Before the end of next week most likely.
