As the helpdesk will be released in the coming version, here is some suggestions for the Staff, one Admin is not enough, this is what many billing systems do not get.

So adding a permissions system would be cool. something like staff groups where we can add more than one admin and add staff memebers restricting which areas they can access + Tickets that they can handle

- Edit Tickets
- Delete Tickets
- Add Calls
- View Client Invoices
..etc

yeah, Client Exec is much better than many other managers. I really feel the difference.
