Plan Type & Marketing Strategy

I learn more from web hosting community... Next year, starting January 1st, I will change our marketing strategy...
I need some info about your marketing strategy or hosting plan type ?

Rawserves Market Strategy is to be reliable, offer good support and to be cheap (although we only have to cover our costs as we are teenages so we don't need to pay for a house etc), its working as well, RawServe is now worth $5000 :P

I have been doing webhosting for about 2 years now, ALL my busines is from word of mouth and sems to be picking up. I am not the cheapest, but I do give good reliable service and people can count on me, which means a lot. In fact most of my NEW business are new people that know nothing about the interenet and getting up a web site and that is my nich market and it seems to be working for me.
