Enhanced Support Module

Version 3.1 of ClientExec includes a revamped and much more robust support module. No reason to use a 3rd party support tool as well as ClientExec.

Just some of the new support features are listed below:

  • Departments - You can now create departments, assign staff to departments and create escalation rules for each.
  • E-mail Piping Rules - Automatically direct E-mails to support departments or immediately escalate tickets based on the type of customer or e-mail.
  • Public Ticket Entering - Allow guest, non members, to submit support tickets from public site.
  • Suggested Articles – Suggest articles to your customers as they type trouble tickets.
  • Integrated Knowledge Base - Help keep the number of support requests down by using the built-in knowledge base to answer customer's questions before they ask!
  • Support Staff Filters – Create filters for your support overview screen that can be used later.
  • Enhanced Ticket Types - Assign tickets to departments for cleaner ticket management.
  • Associated Articles - Assign articles to ticket types to have instant access to articles for a given type of ticket.
  • Staff Only Notes - Comment to tickets where only staff can see.
  • Support Event Log - View the history log of a given ticket for auditing purposes.
  • Service Level Rules - Create rules that either escalate, reassign, or tag tickets based on a variety of variables
  • Bounce Template - Create templates for all types of email piping types you can think of.

New Domain Management Module

Our new domain management module will make it easy for you and your clients to manage domains. The ability to update the contact information, name servers, register name servers, toggle auto-renew, generate transfer keys and import domains will save lots of time for your customers.

New Public Section

External View of public KB articles, files, announcements and ticket status. Guests, via settings, may now submit tickets allowing for the first time the ability to manage all your companies email and not just current active customers.
