Support ticket overview

You'll be able to click on the arrow next to any ticket and see a quick view of the support ticket. Of course you can always click on the support link to view and respond to the support ticket.

When replying to a support ticket, the default status is "Waiting on Customer" - but if you want to change that status to something else when you reply, have your reply ready and then click the arrow next to Submit Reply and you can change the status that will take effect when you reply by clicking on it.


You can change the status of a ticket along with the ticket type, ticket assignee, the associated package, and the priority by clicking on the item you want to change in the ticket options bar and changing it from the drop down.


You can also change the ticket title by clicking on it
