Blank Screen during Upgrade/Install for JustHost and BlueHost Clients

If you are receiving a blank screen during install or upgrading your Clientexec installation, follow these instructions:

  1. Login to your cPanel.
  2. Find and access PHP Config.

  3. Select PHP 5.4 (Single php.ini).

If this does not rectify the issue, please submit a ticket with your FTP, CE, and cPanel details.
