  • All public (client side) controller PHP files are no longer encoded, letting you freely change how your clients can interact with Clientexec!

Clientexec Unveils Update Version 5.5.4

With continued hard work and updates in our core platform we have launched a new release that is sure to catch your attention. In this update you will be able to notice the following plugins, fixes, updates and performance increases:

Plugins:
– Live chat available and fully functioning with all upgraded Clientexec accounts for free (MG)
– Additional options to increase revenue with Razorpay payment plugin. (JD)
– Added NameCheap domains integration (MG)

Billing:
– More invoice options with “Mark Refunded” and “Mark Credited” buttons to change an invoice status if required without running the process. (JD)

Clients:
-“Send Invoice” button now available on the client side invoice view. (JD)
– Update to display of global search when matching an organization to show the organization that was matched. (MG)
– Allow a pending package to be set to a cancelled status, instead of only active or pending. (MG)

System/Admin:
– Installer checks in force for JSON and SimpleXML PHP extensions. (MG)
– When adding a new email template, default the type to the view you were on. (JD)
– Enabled ability to test mail configuration from the mail configuration settings. (MG)
– Replaced Knowledgebase setting “Guest users can post comments” with Knowledgebase Permissions “Post Comments”. (JD)

Bug Fixes:
– Logic for “Days to trigger Pre-Notify autoclose” in the “Ticket Auto Close” service plugin. (JD)

Clientexec 5.5.3 Released!

We are pleased to announce that the stable release of Clientexec 5.5.3 is now available for all clients to download.

You can find the release files at https://bit.ly/2nx3rz1 – The upgrade process can now be completed with the click of a button from inside your Clientexec. You may still upload all files instead if you prefer.

As with any upgrade, please ensure that you take a full backup of your database before proceeding with the upgrade.

.COM Price Decrease

That’s right, you read it correctly. Starting today, we will be lowering the cost of .COM domains registered through our eNom Resellers by 5 cents.

Instead of increasing rates, like others do (sigh), we just want to provide more value to what you are already paying! That means the new price per year for a .COM domain will be $9.40 instead of $9.45.

Clientexec 5.5.2 Released!

New Feature: SolusVM Locations!

While editing a SolusVM server in Clientexec, you will see a new (optional) field

Here, you will add the name of the new custom field you will create to store the Location of the VPS and save the server.

Under Settings -> Products -> Custom Fields, create the new product custom field as a drop down type, like below

The options should be a comma separated list of “Location(SolusVM Node Id)”.  Once this has been saved, make sure you associate your new product custom field with the product group.

This will now allow your customer to select a different location (or node group) when ordering!

.NET Price Increase – February 1st, 2017

On February 1st, 2017 the registry which operates the .NET tld is increasing the annual registration price.

As a result of this price increase, the cost to register or renew a .NET domain will be increasing for all domain registrars and resellers.

For our eNom resellers, the new price of a .NET domain will be $11.49.
