Clientexec 6.1.0 Beta 1 is now available

We are pleased to announce the release of Clientexec 6.1.0 Beta 1, which can be downloaded here. As this is a Beta version, this is meant for testing only, and not to be run in production, but should be stable to do so.

Notable Changes since 6.1.0 Alpha 1:

Your clients can now pay multiple invoices at once with the new Mass Payments feature.  This feature can be enabled for clients by adding the “Mass Payments” permission to the client group.

We’ve added support for the registrar Joker.com.

To help prevent fraud, we have implemented MaxMind‘s ChargeBack Reporting system.  This allows you to report that an invoice was charged back to MaxMind.

Clientexec 6.1.0 Beta 1 also fixes a bug with the 3rd party library we use for reCAPTCHA which was causing captcha’s to fail.

Changes in 6.1.0:

The eNom TLD Pricing Importer allows you to import and sync the vast list of TLDs and their pricing from eNom to your Clientexec. You can also add the margin you wish to increase each TLD from, making it easier to sell all TLDs to your clients.

The PayFast Payment Gateway has been added in Clientexec 6.1.0. PayFast is the leading payment processing solution for individuals and businesses in South Africa. We’ve also added support for Square Payments.

The anticipated Virtualizor Server Plugin has also been added. Virtualizor is a powerful web-based VPS Control Panel using which a user can deploy and manage VPS on servers with a single click.

In addition to these, we’ve also added email history to the admin panel, added more development hooks and updated API resources, added support for .biz.id when a registrar isn’t used, and updated MaxMind to use their new minFraud service, fixed numerous bugs, and added additional smaller features.

Clientexec Unveils Update Version 6.0.0

Due to a bug in our version checking system, we have re-released our 5.10.0 release as 6.0.0.  No code has changed, other then the version number.

Stylize your invoices with the new customizable invoice template.  During the upgrade process, if you are currently using the “default” invoice template, you will be switched to the “default-old”.  Simply switch to the new “default” template to take advantage of the new invoice template!
