Clientexec 7.3.0 Beta 1 Now Available
We are pleased to announce that Clientexec 7.3.0 Beta 1 is now available for testing!
This release includes several new features, security improvements, and bug fixes, with a focus on making Clientexec easier to use and improving account security.
As this is a beta release, we recommend installing it in a testing environment rather than on a production installation. We encourage anyone testing this release to report any issues they encounter.
Notable Features
Dark Mode for the Admin Panel
Clientexec 7.3 introduces dark mode for the admin panel, giving administrators the option to use a darker interface.
API v3 (Beta)
We’ve introduced the beta version of our new API v3. This initial release supports GET requests for all resources, with additional functionality planned for future updates.
Improved Account and Session Security
We’ve made several improvements to account security, including the option to store login sessions in the database, more secure password reset and account activation links, and improved “Remember Me” functionality.
We’ve also added additional password verification for certain account actions, such as changing passwords and enabling or disabling two-factor authentication.
OAuth Support for Email
Clientexec 7.3 adds OAuth authentication for both incoming POP3 email routing and outgoing SMTP.
This includes support for Google Workspace, Gmail, and Microsoft 365, allowing supported email accounts to be connected without using traditional password authentication.
More Flexibility for Server and Registrar Plugins
Server and registrar plugins can now add custom tabs to the admin package view, allowing integrations to display additional information and functionality directly within a package.
